POLL: Should their be a trial for the death of Michael Jackson?

Not that everyone isn't getting tired of Michael Jackson but I figured this was a good way to start this topic.

I voted yes because if it was one of us that overdosed someone no matter what the circumstances, we would get our butts thrown in jail! If the Doctor over dosed Jackson and knew he had an issue with abuse then he should have reported it to the authorities and not taken advantage of having a license to practice medicine, and I'm sure paid a lot of money by Jackson and allowing him (Jackson) to continue the abuse. Also in light of Jackson's health coming back as "good shape" it would seem to me that Jackson probably wasn't a long time anesthesia user like what was reported in the media.

Sorry had to spout off, I feel our greed for news stories and the paparazzi greed is getting out of control. Personally I think every human being should boycott the RAG magazines and TMZ type shows. We should all try to get our lives back to a simpler time. Our lives being lived to access is ridiculous, and that even means myself included in that! But it's tough putting the genie back in the bottle.

Times are a changing and I truly don't see them getting better!
We the people!
For the people!
And by the people!
What happened to those simple words?
